These terms explain the basic rules for using Bretti’s public waitlist website. They are intentionally simple because the current site has one job: help people join early access with confidence.
Early access waitlist
Bretti is currently a public waitlist website for an early access product. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access, availability in every city, or a specific launch date.
Product information
Site content describes Bretti’s current direction and may change as Version 1.0 develops. We aim to be clear and honest, but product features, timing, availability, and city rollout may evolve.
Your submissions
Please submit only your own information and avoid adding sensitive personal information to the optional interests field. You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to use the email address submitted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit another person’s email without permission, attempt to disrupt the waitlist system, scrape the site, or interfere with the security or availability of Bretti.
Intellectual property
Bretti’s name, visual identity, copy, product concepts, and site content belong to Bretti or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or present them as your own without permission.
No professional advice
Bretti’s website is provided for informational and early access purposes only. Nothing on this site is professional, financial, legal, or safety advice.
Availability
We work to keep the site available, but the waitlist website may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable because of maintenance, provider issues, or unexpected failures.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use as Bretti moves from waitlist to early access. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
